Both organizations have worked hard to ensure that this
transition is both safe and expeditious. We do not take this
opportunity to serve you llglilly. Texas811 has hired and trained
arlditionai staff to help service our new membership anrl the
excavating community in Texas and we are pleased to share that we are ready
tor the responsibility.
As of August 1st, 2019, any call to 811 or our direct line 1-800-344-8377 will
come to the Texas811 contacl center. We also liave staff available to assist with
completing locate requests online at www IernsB11.urg and have new training
videos available to aid in self service options
we look forward to this opportunity to demonstrate to our new membership
and existing members that we can deliver at the highest level while serving
the entire state of Texas for the tirst time in history.
